Air Cargo Marketing Basics

The course provides participants with a knowledge on air cargo basic marketing procedures for airlines, airports to develop a marketing plan when pursuing a new or improved air cargo service or to establish objectives and goals specific to air cargo business.

During the course participants observe sales processes and marketing of air cargo product, including business models and business processes of cargo airlines, freight forwarders, and cargo ground handlers.

The course also provides a knowledge to develop strategy on successful marketing and facility development for air cargo business.
