With a deep background in international business, aviation, and vocational education, I saw the gap between what schools teach and what real employers demand. That’s why Akademikka doesn’t just offer courses — we deliver certified, hands-on training programs that lead to real careers.
Our vision is to grow as a regional leader in practical education — building industry partnerships, expanding our online training, and offering more opportunities for youth and working professionals alike.

Since our launch, I’ve had the honour of watching hundreds of students — from Uganda, Ghana to the Philippines, from Cameroon to UAE — complete their training and step into rewarding roles in aviation, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.
